HELP- RFE received asking for Employment Letter

Hi,
RFE received asking for Employment Letter that should show the prospect for continued
employment. I sent in the letter when submitting I485 one year ago. Why do they ask for
another one? Does it mean that the first letter had problem? What should be put in this one?
