Help RFE on EAD and AP VSC

My wife got 2 emails last night about Request for additional evidence on her EAD and AP. I donot know what is it about. I got an RFE on AP for photos. I assume that its that only.

But What could be the RFE on EAD for? She is on her OPT EAD (from Nebraska) valid till sep 27 , 2005. Attorney has marked as renewal on her I765 Application with status I145 and previous card from nebraska on OPT. I am worried please any thoughts???
 
RFE on AP is about Photoes. They are not accepting Digital Photoes. Go to nearest Motto Photo or Picture People.They said they use Film camera.

RFE on EAD is about they need another ID. one of my friend got RFE on EAD, notice says Photo on Passport is not legible. so my friend sent color copy of passport.
