HELP- RFE issued today

My Lawyer received RFE by mail

I need help on this issue….

I checked my case status online today. Issued a RFE I don’t know what it is, they mailed me a notice with detail in it. I still work with same employer and I have salary slip and every thing no problem at all.

I submitted my Birth Certification affidavit, because I did not had my birth certificate.

My question is if I get RFE on Birth Certificate can I get one from Indian Embassy. Is there any body was approved their case with Indian Embassy Issued birth Certificate?

Hey !
Per my lawyer ,if you dont have a Birthcertificate its is good to get a Non-Availability Certificate from your Municipality or Panchayat. The certificate from the embassy in most cases will not be accepted .

Let see what the RFE is actually about... !

any news on your case like transfers etc....My colleague who filed 3 monts before I did, alreayd had his interview last Oct. :mad:

Hi Guys just want to share this information with you. Finaly i got RFE issued confirmed which was not on Birth Certificate luckly they asked me two year W2 tax return and Employer letter. I sent all to my lawyer he is going to send it to BCIS.

I did not get letter from BCIS but my lawyer got one.
