Help Rfe From Ins After Paying Premium Processing

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the INS number for premium processing and I got a message saying they have requested for further evidence yesterday. what further evidence can they possibly want????? the H1 is for residency. do they give the apporvals once they get the additional evidence and since it\'s premium how long will it take.

Don\'t worry too much

I\'ve had this experience before. INS may send a notice to an applicant to ask for more evidence if they think it is necessary. Just send what they want. Your case can still get approved if INS is satisfied with the further evidence.

under premium processing, they are also require to

finish the processing of your case within 15 days after they received your response, so it should be fairly quick once their request for more evidence is satisfied.
