Help ! RFE for TB test

Hi all ,
I have received RFE for TB test and RFE document explains that I need to undergo further evaluation from a physician and says that "medical clearance will not be given till documentary evidence of evalution is submitted " . Did anybody receive a similar RFE ? If so what is the documentary evidence expected here ?

Hi there,
This happended to one of my colleagues. The INS doctor who performed the medical examination forgot to check the TB test results and write the comment about it. He went back to the doctor taking the applicant copy of the medical examination. Doctor corrected the medical examination form and gave him a new one with TB test -ve checked.

So if you have copy of the Medical examination form, check the form if the Doctor who performed the examination checked it properly or not? If not go to him and get a new evaluation from and reply back to INS. Any how before all this check to copy if you have and talk to your attorney.

Thanks Jagi. But I don't think that happened in my case . I think that INS doctor wrote on form I-693 that I have Class B TB and RFE says that I need to follow-up with a physician. I just don't understand what sort of documentary evidence does the INS expect.
 
I also recieved RFE for TB test because the doctor did not checked
marked on the X-ray potion.
In the medical form, under TB potion it was checked marked on
'not done' and it was right because i did'nt had that test.
But for X-ray, doctor did'nt checked marked inspite of X-ray done.

After receiving RFE, i went to another doctor because i have moved from MO to OH. And i need to undergo TB skin test + X-ray.
This doctor did not checked marked on any other form, but
under Remarks/comments portion he wrote :
' 08/09/02 TB skin test read 23 mm positive and CXR normal'


I am worried whether this comment is fine.
Did anyone have undergone similar experience?If so what
was INS response? Did they approved or re-issued RFE?
