Has anyone got such an RFE ?
Following are the details of the RFE:
1. Provide company\'s Current Tax Report, Annual Report or Quartley Financial Statement (NOTE: Tax Report should be certified).
As I read this does this mean any. My and I beleive most of the companies do not file there taxes until Sept. Is it okay to send 2000 tax returns.
How long does it take to get a certified tax report from IRS.
I am planning to send the following:
1. Tax return for 2000 - Not certified
2. Compiled Tax information for 2001 from CPA.
3. Letter for lawyer stating why tax return for 2001 is not included.
RD - 05/2001
ND - 07/2001
FP - 01/2002
RFE - 06/14/2002
