Help required

Hi,

I was layed off two months back. I completed my 180 days when I was laid off.
I do not have a job yet and have applied for EAD which I am expecting in next couple of weeks.

1. Can you please tell me will this create a problem for my Green Card processing as I was out of job for couple of months.

2. Also after I apply for a new job with my EAD should I declare to INS about my new job.

Find the job in same or similar field as soon as possible....your GC should be fine....also..there is no need to tell the INS that you have lost the job or found another one...you can send new job letter incase when they adjudicate your case and send you RFE for employment....
