My RD for my 485 is Nov 2001. In June 2002 i was layed off as they could not find projects for me and they did not want to pay my Medical and other stuff.
But they are still looking for projects for me. That means that they have not cancelled my H1.
Right now I am without job. When I was layed off I had completed 180 Days.
I recently applied for EAD. So once I apply to the new company on EAD will I have problems in my GC as I was out of Job for so long.
What should I do so that my GC is not affected.
