i reside in the US..i have not received any letter yet ..ive seen people from different countries received their notification letter..and i being in the US not received it yet so does that meani am disqualified

You cannot be sure until Jul 1, 2010, when you can check online as long as you have the confirmation number. The letters usually get mailed pretty randomly, so I am not sure if that is a correct assumption.

Don't worry,you're not disqualified.It just means you haven't been selected,yet.

I am in the same boat. I haven't gotten anything (which is very disappointing), but I keep hoping. But as to your question - no, unless you violated any of the rules, the fact that you haven't heard anything is not due to your disqualification.

If you submitted more than once you will be disqualified right away...if you filled out a country that is not eligible you will be disqualified, but if KCC doesn't catch it you can be disqualified later on....

After some one receives the NL they should check if they filled everything out correctly (little errors are easy to over come), and if something is really wrong they better don't move forward or risk the chance of being denied and losing the money they have to spent...
