Help required regarding 485 status

I applied for 485 on decemeber 2001 and receipt date was dec 28 2001. INS did not ask for medical report at that time of application. Now they asked for it and we have sent it and they have received. Except medical report everything else was over. Now I saw the status of the case online. the status still says the approval will take another 365-540 days. Can any one help on this. thanks in advance

Call the service center - the online and avm messages are buncha bull$#!&
