Help Required Political Asylum

I am here in US with my son and wife on multiple 10 years visitor visa entry valid till may 2015 ,
My home country is willing to provide us security and thats why I want to withdraw my application ?
In future do they allow us come in usa as a tourist or these visa's are not valid for further uses ?
Please help.
Asylum Application sent last week, till now receipt notice is also not received.

From what I seen and head, once you file your case, chances are slim to none to get another visa after you current visa expires.
The office at port of entry can also deny you entry if they could trace the case (even though it was withdrawn).
When you file the case, you intent to stay here and not return back where your tourist visa means you intent to go back to your country.
I am not scaring you but that's how I have seen it.
