Help requesting I-140 from consulate

My I-140 was approved for CP without my knowledge (the lawyers' game). Is it wise to write to consulate for requesting the I140 approval papers to be sent to NSC. If so, how the letter should be formatted. Pls help.

Same Boat

I am in the same boat , I think my Lawer & INS screwed up my case,

They said they can't connect my I140 becuase it looks like my I140 approved for Cp and I think NVC had send my I140 to Madras consulate.

I asked my Lawer and she says that INS will request internally and we do not request it from Consulate.

I don't know exactly what happens if we request from consulate.

If any one facing the same issue or know about same type of case please help.
