Help regarding continuing OLD GC

Friends,

   My friend worked for company A and had my Labour and I 140 cleared from company A and was waiting to get the priority date current. Meanwhile he got a better offer from company B and moved to company B. His GC with company B is still in labour and with the current economic situation, and he is a bit scared ...
1. Can He continue his GC with old company A. if they are willing to do so.?
2. Will there be any problem since he is working for company B and company A is applying?
3. Will it affect his current GC application from company B ?
4. How are the chances?
5. Can he apply more than 1 GC\'s at a time.

Here are the answers for you questions

1) you can still continue with company A as GC is for future job.
2) There won\'t be any problem.
3) no it doesn\'t effect
4) nothing changes for above scenario depends how the paper work etc.
5)you can apply mulitle applications but you can file only 1 485 application some people go for I 485 and CP at the same time with your situation. Check with your attorney for all the details.

Do I need to Join Company A before applying for I485 ... or is it possible to work with company B and get GC through Company A. Could you please clarify this..
