Received RFE for primary applicant (myself) and spouse.
We haven't received details in mail, but getting very worried

I485 Case Details
- Service Centre TSC
- EB2, PD Aug 2002
- PD is current but processing time is not current
- I140 (labor sub) approved Mar 2007
- I485, RD Aug 2007
- EAD/AP, approved Oct 2007
- RFE Jun 4, 2008

CLARIFICATIONS

1) Processing date is not current in TSC, got an RFE, is it a good/bad sign?
2) What'll happen to my processing date?
a) Aug 2007
b) Jun 4 2008
c) date of receiving response to RFE
3) Possible reasons for RFE (primary and spouse)
a) Future employment, so I don't work currently for the GC sponsor
b) Did not change jobs after I applied I485
c) Did not change address
d) Is it labor sub or is that dealt with during 140?

I have been struggling with GC for 14 years (moved jobs) and I thought I was close and now this RFE, it is really hard.

Relax

You could be close to getting approved. I am sure it is something to do with the nature employment based on your explanation. A strong letter with supporting documents from your future employer can be enough. I am sure many went through this path, to see the light.

They might be interested to know once again...I know crazy....maybe a stupid question like is this job still available...

I remember going through the labor certification process where they asked all pending applicants, do you really want to continue....&*^*# why do you think we are waiting....

Give it already....sorry for the frustration...

Dont worry you will get approved soon. Use a good attorney if you think your current one is not goood enough.

chill.
RFE is not a bad sign, they are looking at your case.
And now if you both get RFE it means mostly for status, job, birth date verification
Like H1-H4 and I-94 etc and may be EVL.
Do not get worked up. Get an atty or look for help here if it is simple.

I got an email saying they sent out REF for me(primary) and my son on MAY 21, I still waiting for it , I am EB2 with PD 03.2002, RD 09/2005, stuck in name check since then,
changed job and moved in 01/2008. Will keep you updated once I know what they need.
Goog Luck to us all.

An RFE doesn't mean they're denying your case. Stop biting your fingernails! ;)
Wait to see what they're asking for and submit the docs requested. As simple as that.
No need to worry, unless your case is fraudulent! :)

Any input on this question that I listed?
2) What'll happen to my processing date?
a) Aug 2007 - RD for I485
b) Jun 4 2008 - RFE date
c) date of receiving response to RFE
