I lost my mother when I was 15. I am a US Green Card holder now. My father has a 10 year multiple entry Visitors visa and has visited me twice in the last 5 years. My father re-married last year. Can I apply for a visitor's visa for my new mother? Will there be any issues/questions? Is there a separate procedure for this? Any info will be helpful. Thanks a lot.
