Help! re: Can two employers sponsor me GC?

Dear All,

My current employer is sponsoring me GC now. We just posted ad but not filed the form 9089 yet. Can another employer sponsor me GC at the same time? That is, is it OK to have two GC applications at the same time?

Another issue is regarding prevailing wage. For instance, I currently earn $56K which is over Level II prevailing wage, but much lower than Level III's $68k. Can another employer, not my current employer, file PERM based on the Level III's wage?

Appreciate your help.
 
Yes it is possible to file PERM from an emloyer with whom you are not working. Employer must have 88K of net income or net current assets in company's balance sheet to get this case approved
 
Thank you so much, Whitemimauz3. Will DOL get confused or reject one of the PERM applications if I have two PERM at the same time?
 
2 PERM's with same employer might confuse DOL and might trigger denial, but you are fine if there are 2 PERM's with two different employer
