Help - processing time

guys,
My ND is 8/30/99. Just spoke to IIO. IIO was nice. was told that currently they are processing cases for ND 8/15/99. Does any body konws how many days will it take to INS to start processing ND 8/30/99 cases.

Going to be a very tough guess !!! Lots of people from 8/1/00- 8/15/00 ND\'s are still waiting with out knowing thier status (approvals/RFE\'s)

They were processing aug 1st cases one month back.But this cannot be used as a yardstick.

I got the same response two days ago. Not sure if you want to believe what the IIO said completely. There are approvals all across August. Perhaps an astrologer might be more accurate than an IIO!!

I have a friend who filed his I-485 in June, 2000 and already got his finger prints done. He applied in VSC and works in Washington DC. How was this possible. I filed mine in 10/12/99 and still waiting for FP. I called INS and was informed they are processing 08/15/99 right now and can\'t tell when I can expect mine. Gave me approx. 2-3 months or more time frame.
