HI i applied for adjustment based on marriage (october2004married)to USC (may22 2005applied)mean while had been put on proceeding for deportation (may2005),
i485 and EAD applications administrative closed(october2005)
I130 pending, after 4 times seeing the judge and i130 not approved yet he ordered the case ADMINISTRATIVE CLOSED and i am no more with the immigration judge(december2006)
after many calls to the national number they send me notices that they recieved my call and that my case under review after the last call i recieved two letters one saying my file has been transfered from MSC to NEWYORK the second letter saying that had been schedueld for a STOKES INTERVIEW FOR I130 ON july 2008.?!!!!
my questions are
1/WHY THEY SEND ME TO STOKES INTERVIEW AND MARRIED 1YEAR BEFORE I WAS ON PROCEEDING CAN ANY THING BE DONE TO FIX THIS?
2/CAN REAPPLY FOR EVERYTHING FROM THE FIRST STEPS AND PAY ALL THE FEES FORGET ABOUT THIS CASE LET IT CLOSE?
3/CAN I REAPPLY TO I485 And EAD WITH THE I130 PENDING IN MY LOCAL OFFICE?
4/ CAN I REOPEN THE CASE BACK WITH THE JUDGE AND ARGUE WITH THE JUDGE THE ADJUSTMENT?
5/ WHAT IS THE BEST SOLUTION THAT CAN SAVE TIME ? AND THE ONE CAN SAVE MONEY?
