Hi,
Can you please clear my query.
1. Is they delay the process, if we keep on hearing to the AVM.

2. My Employer filed the Lbour at illinos. He didn't received any transition and case number but i got the file number. When i checked the AVM status with 312-353-1059 and used the option 1 which uses the employer phone number , it gives the case number and the date when it has been moved to the chichago DOL.

2.a My question here "Is it possible the transisiton went through with out getting the approval ".

2.b how long it take time to get the transiton notice for my attorney once it has been moved from SESA to DOL.

1. No... it doesnot... u can hear as many times as u want.
2. When it moved from SESA to Regional office, attorney wont get
any notice.


I know how u feel having a file number with a completely diff format from case number..... you just have to guess like how many applied thru ur employer and what was the seniority ... I think now May 2003 cases are being looked into at Chicago Regional office...

I got my approval in 4 months

feb 28th SESA.
May 2nd Reg office
june 27 approved certificate
july 20 recieved certificate (physical)

My case has been filed for IL on 3rd of April.03 Do you have any idea when it wil be cleared.

Hi

You should be cleared probably by Aug end.
And should recieve letter by sep 15th.

Its only a guess work based on currect processing speed....
