Good day all.
Im on my way to apply for Asylum in the USA there are a few things i need to find out and your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Grounds for Asylum would be I was kidnapped,Tortured,Raped when I refused to join a terrorist group planning mass killings and to overthrow the goverment. I do not want to go into much detail regarding this as im scared.
Im currenty in hidding in my COP and in a process to go to USA once all my belongings are sold and i have enough money. My Qeustions are the following:
Are my Grounds for Asylum accepted?
Should I apply for asylum when I reach the immigration check point /Border post?
Where will i stay while i wait for my application to be processed?
I want to hire a attorney as i would rather spend all my money on a good attorney and get approved than lose it all and get denied.
What would a good attorney cost me?
What state would be the best to apply in?
I do not want any of my detatils to leak back to my cop so will it be possible to ask for no details to be made public.
Im very scared and all help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to know that you will be detained if you claim for asylum at Border post, but if you have a very strong case you could be released soon
Where will i stay while i wait for my application to be processed?
It could be a long process, I recommend you to rent a cheap room

What state would be the best to apply in?
Georgia or New York
 
Pictures, Magazines or Newspapers mentioning your case, Police reports, Official Documents, etc, if you don't have physical proofs your case will be denied

if you have a valid visa,I would recommend come in first,talk to a few more people before applying.Avoid applying at the POE
