Q1) If laid off after 180 days of applying for 485, is there a limited time gap with in which another employer should be found?
Q2)INS says that the if somebody moves to a new job, that new job shoudl be "similar" to the old job. Does anybody has experience (direct or indirect) about the how "similar" it has to be.
