Hi,
Here is my situation

My labor was file in October 2002 in NJ and still waiting and now I am on my 8th year extension. We decided to do PERM for my husband since PERM can be applied to anyone regardless of the status. He completed 6 years in H1 and now on H4 due to my pending labor. We have found a good lawyer to do the PERM and now the ex employer is hesitant stating that he doesn't want to be victim in PERM processing. We are willing to bear the cost. I am willing to pay the money to the lawyer. Do you know of any employer who would be willing to do our case...

Would really appreciate.

From where do you get so much patience, persitance and courage to keep pursuing your GC dream.

I am in my 6th year of H1 waiting for Labor since 2003 and have lost all my hopes. Considering relocation to India.

Unfortunately I do not have answer to your question. But my suggestion is that you should wait for 2-3 months and observe the PERM process before investing your time and money.

Good Luck.

Don't even ask how frustrated I am. We decided to move to India sometime back but somehow stopped from moving forward...My husband is doing odd jobs for the past 2 years hoping that he will get his EAD soon. We are thinking whether "IS IT WORTH IT"......

I don't think it worth in your situation.
Just my 2 cent.

I agree with allaboutgc.
Onc of my frineds who retunred back after such frustrations summarised his decision in one centance.
"Life is much better in India with some hassles than in the US with so much tension"

I would put it this way
" 10 years down the line would you regret your decision to move back to india"
If yes then do wait. I know wait is painful but it's worth it.
