Hi,

I just looked USCIS website for Phily district office processing dates. For I485 it says the following

"Now processing cases with Receipt Notice Date of December 03, 2002".

What is that means?

My case was transferred to Phily in Oct 03 and ND on Transfer notice shows Oct 03 but my original ND was Nov 01. Anybody have any clue which date they are refering. I mean is it from Original ND or Transfer ND.

As I read on this Forum It is RD.i.e.Date when you applied I-485 at Service center. Not transfer date.

Should I contact Phily office? Because my ND is Dec 01. Any input appreciated.
