Help please what to do (case closed)

I got a letter today saying that my case is closed. I been in process for naturalization since july 2007, i had a interview in july this year which i missed because i never received notification letter. Second letter i got a month letter with information that i missed my appointment, called and asked for a new interview date, got notification letter that new interview date will be scheduled.
That was happen 6 months ago, i was waiting and waiting and nothing happen, called few days ago and ask for a expedite service for my case and just got a nice Christmas gift, letter that my case is closed... What should i do at this point, is there any chance to reopen a file, i have no nerves and patience to apply again after 18 months of waiting...

Write USCIS a registered letter requesting that they schedule you a new interview since you didn't receive last one. Also, follow up by scheduling an Infopass at your local DO.
