Help Please - Question on AP

While applying for AP (Renewal for the spouse) , do we have to attach any Primary's applicant's documents? If so, can any one list them out ?


Also, While filling Form 131, I found a field called 'Class of Admission'. Can any one tell what this needs to be for my spouse who is applying for renewal of AP?

Following are the documents required for filing AP (its always new AP, there is nothing like renewal).

• 2 photos which fits INS requirement with A# and name written with pencil on back.
• A check $110.00 for I-131 renewal fee made in the name of "U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services "
• I -131 Renewal Application
• A copy of Form I-94 Departure Record (front and back)
• A copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
• A cover letter explaining the reason to grant you AP.
• A copy of last EAD (front and back)
• A color copy of driver’s license (front and back) or a copy of passport front page showing date of birth and photo.
• Marriage Cetificate for secondary applicant.

Class of admission is the document you used to enter US at the POE. If you used AP then you must say "Parolee"
