Help please .. I140 approved but a problem..

I just heard from AVM that My I140 has been approved. My details are

VSC
I140 EB2 (BS+ 6 )
RD 04/20/01
ND 05/15/01
RFE dt 10/20/01 ( company financials )
reply sent 12/01/01
RFE ND 12/12/01
I140 AD 01/22/02

Intially I140 was applied with the intent of AOS (I485), then my attorney sent a letter to VSC on 07/10/01 requesting for CP. the message i heard today is " This case been approved on Jan\' 22 2002 and approvel notice was mailed. if 14 days is passed ... " Does this mean that my case is approved for AOS. what message do i get if my case is approved for CP ??? please help.. Does AVM is supposeed to say "This case has been approved on Jan\'22 2002 and information is sent to National Visa Center .... etc etc.. "

IF my case is approved for AOS. what are my options ? do i have to file for I824 (in this case i opt for I485 ) or send another letter thru my attorney to request for CP . what are the chances ?? pllleeeeeseee help ...
 
Impossible to say without seeing the approval notice whether your attorney was successful in changin

If it was approved for AOS, and you\'re certain you want CP, you need to file an I-824. After filing, you may be able to proceed with an "Attorney Certified I-140" but that will depend on what consulate you need to process with.

If the change to CP was successful, the I-140 will indicate that the case was sent to the NVC
