Help please.. EAD RFE..

Gurus help.. My wife got an RFE for her EAD (Photos).. I sent them to lawyer. I think he screwed it up. INS never received or they are not able to relate the RFE response. On 17th message changed to written decission has been mailed. What is next? Lawyer is off till end of this year. If it gets rejected what is the next step? Please help.

There has to be a reason for rejection. Once you get the
rejection you can address that issue or re-apply.

My wife has got a RFE on her EAD. How long did it take you to get
the RFE after it was issued.

Any ideas on what kind of RFEs are issued for EAD

Help for EAD on V1 visa

I applied for EAD in Sept. on account of entering US on a V1 ( spouse of Green Cardholder)visa.Sent the application to Chicago center.Got a receipt from the INS Center in Chicago in Sept, gave fingerprints in end of Sept. So far there is no EAD. It has been more than 90 days. Local INS office says they do not issue EADs to people on V visas.
Is anyone else in a similar situation?Can anyone provide any info?What should I do? The center in Chicago does not does not provide info on individual cases. Thanks.
