PERM applied electronically and certifed, but the person who needs to sign the PERM form left the company before I could get him to sign it, any advice?

Can I just cross out the above person's name and title, then put the company's new representative's name, title and ask the new representative to sign the certified form?

Please give some suggestions, thanks!

Get in touch with the initial person and track it via fedex or ups overnight both ways. If it's not signed by the person on the form, it's not considered valid. The USCIS has not issued regulations for alternate signatures as far as I'm aware, and as I'm sure you are aware, NO changes can be made to the PERM application after submission.

Thanks for your reply, st4rguitar, but the original company representative no longer works with the company, so we could not ask him to sign the form.

My employer send an email to DOL asking if we could cross out the original representative's name and title and put the new representative's name, title and and signature on the form.

DOL replies "Please be advised that changes to an approved PERM labor certification may only be determined by the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS)."

And told us we could cross out the original representatives name and have the new company representative sign it, and including a statement w/ the I-140 explaining the situation.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope the USCIS allows these changes.

I read on this forum about people making other types of error fixing such as fixing dates and job titles. I hope that changing the signatore will also be acceptable by USCIS. Good luck.

Even my Educational and Emplyement details are incorrect. We are also planning to apply by correcting the same and submit.

Eek, THAT much incorrect information!? Goodness... who prepared it?? He/she should have let you review the information before submission.

He's an Idiot! We filled out a new Apllication and signed it. I-140 in Premium will be submitted along with the approved Labor from DOL. Hope everything goes fine and will let you know about what happens??

Cableching,

Please do let us know whatever the outcome, I think it would be a nice piece of information for anyone in the future who might face what you did.

Haha, there are always some idiots out there... I mean, there's the "just human mistakes" like a typo, but that much wrong stuff is just ridiculous!
