HELP: Parents here, 130 file seperately, can I refile 130/485/325/864 in bundle again

I'm applying GC for parents who are staying with me now. I made a big mistake that I filed I-130 sperately. I didn't know that I could file all forms alltogether. Now I have to wait for I-130 approval note to file 485. My parent's I94 expire on 7/31/07. I'm afraid that I may not get the approval notice by then. My questions is, can I refile every thing again? I don't mind to pay $190 for I-130 again.

no, you don't. It's been covered on the forum many times. You can file the AOS package with a copy of a notice of receipt for I-130, since a visa number is available to them immediately.
