Help ..P4 collection in Mumbai..

Anyone who has experience with this..My father is planning to go to B\'bay and collect the P4..Does he have to go to Raj Travels and stand in queue or can he stand at the consulate window directly..
 
My brother went twiceand had to returm without p4 as he went at 8am.

make sure he reaches by 6 am at least, else he will be too far in the q. window close at 11 sharp.
 
My father went and stood at the consulate\'s information window only.

He collected the duplicate P4 on 12/18.
 
When is P4 available?

Is P4 available for pickup after the interview date is announced or after the case has been created. I would rather have somebody go only once and get both the P4 packet and duplicate interview letter.
