moving into the usa from canada
I currently live in the usa. my fiance lives in canada. she wants to move here to the usa so we can be married and begin our life together. however the problem lies with her daughters father. he will not sign her passport so that she can leave the country, but he lives in the same small town and does not want to be an active part of her life unless it is convenient for him. I need to know if there is any way for my fiance and her daughter to come here to the usa to live without his permition as in some kind or custody or parental paperwork. or if she can do anything to overide his wishes as the custodial parent.
