help on NIW I-140

I plan to file NIW through self petition this May. Does anybody know whether I can change home address before I-140 approval? If changing home address has no effect on my I-140 application, how about changing job in the same field?
Do I need to let UCIS know that I changed job when I notify UCIS that my home address has changed?

If I have to move to another state which belongs to another center, my I-140 case
will have to be transferred to that center? Will my case need to start over in that center? Any negative effect on my application?

Instead of letting them mail the notices to your home address, you can have them mailed to your lawyer's address
