Help on my Job change using EAD - Urgent

Using Company A
Priority Date: Dec 2002 (EB3)
I-140: Approved.
I-485: Filed in NSC July 2004 (Pending) (Got a RFE in June 2006 & I replied it back in July 2006.)
I-765 (EAD): Valid till July 2007.

Legally, Iam on my 7th Year extension (H1B using I140 approval).

Company A stopped paying me from Dec 31st 2006.

I have a offer from company B to join on Jan16th, What is the procedure to move to company B using my EAD or invoking AC21 (when & how should I inform INS)?

What should Company B do to support this?

What is the best solution for me.

I have a offer from company B to join on Jan16th, What is the procedure to move to company B using my EAD or invoking AC21 (when & how should I inform INS)?
------------------ you can join any time with valid EAD and once join then send request to invoke AC21. I prefer that B file H1 transfer and the day you get H1 filing reciept or the petition reach USCIS then join B, it is better to be on H1 status
What should Company B do to support this?
----------- to invoke AC21 your new company need to give you permanent job offer with same/similar jobs. did you tried to search the threds??

What is the best solution for me.
