what is the process and where is it located in dallas texas

Goto http://infopass.uscis.gov/, make an appointment via InfoPass system and show up with all your documents and a newly filled up I-765 application at your appointed time. They will look over everything at the district office on empire central and send you to another office with a sealed envelope. You will be finger printed and photographed and handed an I-EAD.
