I got a question. Does anyone have a successful story of interfiling? My original concurrent EB1 OR I140/485 at was denied because of permanent job issue. Fingerprinting had been done. We filed MTR and appeal, the AAO dismissed. Then my lawyer filed another MTR, currently my I140 is pending according to the online message from USCIS. Recently my lawyer refiled my EB1 OR case and got approved. The question is:
is it possible to interlink my pending 485 to the newly approved 104? Please advise. How long does it take, is it even worth trying?
