Always be hopeful and think in optimistic way.

On what base u are thinking they can reject/denny you?

when did u file 485 ?
when did u file 765 (EAD)?

Have u ever filed 485 before? share detail plz

Do u have any concerns on 140???? share detail, what and why?

When LC was filed and approved?

Good Luck

Thanks PoJ

I came to know that, one of my company employee I-485 got rejected, So I am worrying now. Even lot of others get approved.

I did file my 485 and 765 20 days ago. I do not have any concerns on 140.

My LC was filed in Aug'04 and approved in April'05

Advance Thanks for your input.

LB

As long as you have maintained your status, do not have any criminal record or have not lied or misrepresented anything you will be fine no need to worry. Another reason for I485 denial is if I140 has been withdrawn by your employer.

when will arise eb3/eb2?

thanks a lot! Jaggy.

One question, it may be stupid question.

Whether the eb2/eb3 information will be enter in the form I-140? or this is only perticular to I-485.

Advance Thank you,

LB.
