Help on H1 and H4 Visa Expiry....

Hello All,

We have just mailed packet 3 to St. Louis. and am not sure how long would it be for interview.

My current H1 visa is valid till Dec 31, 2002. And my H1 and my wife's H4 visa stamping on the passport is valid till September 3o, 2002.

We have already applied for H1 and H4 extension like two weeks ago and have received the confirmation letter from INS for both of us.

Is there any suggestions that I should do before my interview.

Hi dineshgk,

Is it possible for u to apply "Premimum Processing" by paying extra $1000, so that u can have the extensions in two weeks according to INS. This is just a thought. I was in the same situation but I paid $1000 for "Premimum Processing" so that I can have the extensions with me when I go for interview.
