Help on filing AP Self

Hi,
I want to renew my wife's AP based on her pending AOS. What should I fill for Part 3: Processing information: Date of Intended depature & Expected Length of trip?

I am getting an AP without any travel plans. Should i fill some artificial date or just write "Not known"


Also she was admitted on H4 status and recently my 485 got approved (and hers still not). What should I mention on Class of Admission (H4 or Parolee)?

if she has plans to travel soon then you can write the actual travel date or write unknown or even write a tentative travel date.
 
One more question,
If a I485 is pending with serivce center for a derivative based case, should the AP be sent to service center or Chicago Lock box. Also the primary applicant has 485 approved.
