hi i need your input please..., i was born and raised in Ethiopia but i have an Eritrean passport. What should i put under country of eligibility? the country that i was born in or the country that i hold my citizenship? thanks in advance!

The country that you were born, ofcourse. DV lotter is for those with eligible countries of birth.
