My PD was 12/01/2004 and PERM was filed 09/2006 with retention PD.
Today got a call from attorney and was shocked
MY PERM was approved but DOL changed my PD to 09/2006 instead of 12/2004.
DOL did no explain what exacly caused this change.
attonery stated that they have carefully reviewd my two LC applications again and made sure that they were identical.
an appeal letter was issued.
anyone met or heard this story before? it took how long to get the resonpse of the appeal?
