Help on AC21 portability

Hi All,

1 . I am planning to use AC21, My labor was filed for Programmer analyst position even though job description contains everything from programming to project management. I am having a job offer with "Sr. Business Analyst / PM" can I use AC21 in this case?

2. Can I get my ETA-750 Part A under FOIA ? If yes then what is the process

for ac-21 job title dosent matter, what matters is job description should be same or similar.....u can get copies of LC [ETA] under FOIA...FYI- it takes a long time from VSC
