help on 485 RFE

Hi all,
I got a RFE for 485 yesterday, that is:
Please submit proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from xxxxx to the present.

I am going to submit
1) my renew H1 proval notice
2) a letter from my employer to show I still work in the same place after xxxx
3) anything else?
4) after xxxx, I had a business trip outside of USA, do I need mention that and submit new I94?

This is easy one if you have the documentation.
Basically you need to show work visa or EAD for period from xxxx to present and letter of continued employment for the same period from your employer. In my opinion 1&2 should be sufficient. 4 is not necessary for this RFE .

i guess these documents should be enough
this is easy rfe don't worry
letter from employer can mention little bit about you being actively involved in NIW...just to be on safe side..................
 
What is the the xxxxx date you mentioned? Is it the date of your entry to US? OR Is it the date when your I-140 was approved? Did you ever chaneg job after I-140 approval or before approval ?

That's pretty good, but may I add "2 most recent pay stub" if you still work for the same company who sponsored your I-485? I've got the same RFE and my attorney asked for that...

Do you send the copy of your passport again this time? somebody told me do so since I have one more trip and new I94.

My attorney requested my passport ID page and renewal page, in color enlarged...
