Help: No AVM update on Fingerprint

I did my FP on Feb 8, 2002 but the latest status on AVM is still "on Jan 2002...fingerprint notice was sent for a
   fingerprint......"
   No update if they have received the fingerprint or not. I would appreciate any explanation or suggestions to clear this
   issue (should I call FBI, INS Vermont Center...??).
   This is my case:
   RD Aug 8,2001
   ND Aug 27, 2001
   FP Feb 8, 2002
   EB2

Many times AVM does not get updated for FP at all

Dont worry.. many a times AVM does not get updated for FP results received. Looks like it is least priority for VSC. It does not mean that your case is not moving. However you can call FBI at 304-625-5590 to see whether they have recvd your fingerprint.
 
Called FBI today

I called FBI a few minutes ago. The fingerprint was received by FBI on the same day (Feb 8, 2002) and returned back to INS on the same day (Feb 8, 2002). But still no update on the AVM INS after more than 4 months.

Talk to your attorney or IIO

Hi guys,

I had the same situation. My attorney talked to the IIO and it seems they had all the fingerprints results received on time and properly.

I will advise you to call VSC or your attorney.
