HELP! New H1b visa at MUMBAI

Hi Guys,

My brother got H1B approval last week( before the cap reached 65000). He is supposed to go to MUMBAI consulate, Does any one have any experience with this consulate.
two more question?

Can he use DROP box for new H1B VISA @ MUMBAI consul?

What does he need if he have to go to MUMBAI consul for visa interview. Can he take appointment ?

If this is the 1st H1B - as it sounds from your email - drop box facitlity cannot be used. All details about getting a visa in Mumbai Consulate can be found at:
