Help!!!! Never Got the CARD - Stamped since 03/2001

Hi all Gurus:

Please help me. My wife and I have done CP and POE was San Francisco. Got Passport Stamped in March 2001. My wife has gotten her plastic card in October. But I never got mine. I called TSC and they mention that my pictures are not right. My wife and I have pictures with exactly same specs (size, position, etc). Anyway I have gotten the pictures again and submitted and got stamp renewed in March 2002.

So far no signs of the card. The TSC is way to busy when call. Trying for last 1 month so far no success.

Please help. I really need to know what else should I do.... Help!

If I were you I would keep on trying to call TSC. Believe it or not but I think it's the quickest and most certain way of communicating when it comes to the GC itself. If you are patient and persistent you will eventually get throught. I did after 80 minutes of constant re-dialing. Good luck.

P.S. There is a form (will take time) which you can send and find out about the status of your card.
 
Have you thought of submitting a I-90?

I am in the same boat.
My wife and me had passports stamped at LAX on dec 14, 200.
My wife got her card on Sept 3, 2001.
My card have not arrived yet.

I had already submitted an enquiry form at
CSC.

I am now thinking of doing a I-90.

Does anybody know whether this can be done at San Jose?
