I have a serious situation here, I came with my parents to U.S, and we all have GCs. My 24 years old sister, who does not have GC, is in India, and was married in India, but now she is getting divorced due to some family problems, also due to this situation she is depressed, and my parents had to go back to india to take care of her. Now my parents are trying to bring her here. What is the possible way to bring her here. Please immediate response required.Thanks.

Unfortunately, she would need to obtain a visa based on her own merit. If she is a working professional, an H-1B would probably be her best option, although the job market in the US is currently extremely soft. Since your sister is 24 (family 2B category), it would take your parents about 9-10 years to sponsor her for a green card.

You should also note that permanent residents cannot sponsor married children.
