Hi everyone,

I have some question regarding 122 and 230 forms.
1. Question #6 in 122 form: I graduated from the institute (Bachelor's degree) and is it ok to check "University degree" or I should check "other" and explain that institute is same as university?
2. I graduated last year and since then I haven't worked anywhere (i'm with baby). What should I write in Q#12 in DS230?
3. Q#2 in DS122- Is rank order number the same my case number?

By the way, my case number EU90XX, what is my most probable interview date?
I really appreciate experts' answers (Tazmania and Catseyes)
Thank you very much.

Sorry, can't really answer that one without knowing what "the institute" is.

Unemployed (you could always put something like "having a baby" in brackets if you want)

Yes

It would have been November if you were in DV2009, but it's slightly different each year. You can check out previous visa bulletins here to see when your number became current:

The name of the school where I got my bachelor's degree starts with "institute of " (like "Massachusetts institute of technology" or "Moscow institute of foreign languages")

Thank you for your fast reply.

You can check "University degree," since BA can be received at a university. Anyway, you will list your school in #6b, so there will be no misunderstanding. After all, to be eligible, high school diploma is enough.

You can put "housewife," or "housemaker" to be more politically correct :-)
