Help needed!!

I was recently in the USA and overstayed my visitors visa by just over a week. I have recently returned home to Australia but would like to go back to the US. No-one said anything about my being banned when I left so I don't know if I have been or not. Is there a way I can find out? All help would be greatly appreciated!
 
I assume you handed in your I-94/94W on your departure from the US? It is up to DHS now to decide what to do with that. Usually overstays of 6 months or more trigger bans. Having said that, once can be banned for any overstay. Unfortunately you have no way to find out what action (if any) DHS has taken until you visit the US again.
 
Yes, I did hand that in, tho nothing was said at the time. If I was to call Immigration could they tell me? I just don't want to fly all the way back to the US only to get turned away!
