hi all i am pretty new and a little bit confused at this stage i can say well here is my problem i was on h1 visa and then it expired so before it expired i couldnt renew it so my i changed my status to f2 and now while the change of status is still pending now once i get a change of status to f2 what are the chances that i can reapply for change of status to h1 again as i have found a employer who is willing to do that

You can transfer from f2 to h1 to f2 to h4 / h1 number of times
