So , Does your friend have a pending petition based on marriage ?
His wife ( If the petition was through marriage ) would have to withdraw .

Which country is your friend at ? There are many ways to apply for Immigration . The easy one would be to get a K visa .

What are better steps ? --- Walk a straight line when you get pulled over .

Give us more history on the case , and someone will reply .
and please , get that attitude off your head , and keep your "Woww " comments to yourself .

How do you expect anyone to reply to you, when most of your post is very confusing and makes little sense & you don't explain your situation in adequate detail, Maybe English is your second language which is understandable, but you need to provide a bit more info and be more clear on the background of the current case and any previous or pending cases.

About the Aplicant ( one who intends to immigrate) & the USC

What do you mean by "cancel his case" What case? why would he cancel and begin a new one? Based on what? a previously filed petition of a different type or previous marriage?

Is he in USA, Where is He? He Must enter USA Legally. That depends on how He enters the country, She ( the USC)should by USCIS regs apply for Fiance Visa then when He enters they will have 90 days from the day He enters to get married and file I-130/ I-485

Are you asking What is the best way to expidite or speed up their case?

There are a couple of ways First of all no matter What He has to enter the country with a VISA, Legally, Best way if by Fiance VISA, She can also travel to his country and marry there. Either way Expect it to take at least 4-6 months at minimum,

1st step is to apply for Him to enter USA either on Fiance Visa or as a tourist ( however if He enters as a tourist and then tries to get married and adjust hisstatus it will draw a lot of scrutiny and by USCIS regs it is not looked on as a good way.) K-1 is way to go.

In order to get clear answers i suggest you give more detailed info on the History of your case The USC case and any prior cases they have had or do have pending.

Also DO NOT BE SO RUDE, when you ask a vague confusing question, that makes it hard for others to answer. Secondly, majority on this forum are like yourself, We are NOT attorneys, our advise is in no means legal guidance & we ourselves, are still learning rules and may not know an answer, They are doing you a favor by not giving you misinformation, so until they know more info they can not give you proper response (which is mostly based on their personal experience) Try being appreciative of Their restraint by not stepping beyond the scope of their knowledge.
Even better Learn to READ or take some time and brouse the other posts in this forum, I guarntee you will find answers your looking for before you even have to post a new thread and then jump on everyones case because you don't have time, or patience to research the right info like everyone else on here has to do. We all have read and did our share of digging for the right answers.

If you are in such a hurry and want Expert Immidiate advise then Pony up the $$$ little girl! Hire an attorney, who will take your money and even a bit of your attitude & in return give you a swift kick in the arse  , & the correct most accurate legal advise! WOW

Certain words in this post make me not want to touch this case with a 10 foot pole...

My apologies - you have to be a registered member to view the article. For those who are not, the article deals with a new scam that was discovered - a Vietnamese operation arranging sham marriages for immigration benefits in Little Saigon. Aparently USC husbands are often found in casinos, where they have incurred huge debts, and offered a way to repay their debt!

Woww Addie, You should take the Bar exam, or perhaps run for office as the governor.... You sure have my vote !

Thank you Pianoplayer for your 2 cents ---- It cracked me up when you mentioned the 10 foot pole...

karemo1122 -Please read and understand Addie's post , THAT SHOULD ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS .

Planning on going into diplomacy after getting the GC Addie? ;)

Diplomacy=phrasing of statements in a non-confrontational, or social manner, using Tact to get a message across. "Greek for having double eyes" The ability to understand the interests of all individuals The individual that started this post chose to abandone any attempt at dimplomacy in his second post when inquiring on why no one responded.

I consider myself open minded, non biased and tolerant, so I give a little leniancy especially when this board's members are from all parts of the world, sometimes some posts may come across as sarcasm or insulting when simply could be misinterpretation due to language barriers,

This individual was kind of insulting with his second post, He failed to see that maybe his first post was vague or confusing!

My response is based on my understanding of the demographics and population this forum serves. Almost everyone on here is more than willing to give advice and help anyway they can, If they can, I have learned that if people do not reply it is do to one of two main reasons.

#1)Lack of understanding the original post due to confusion of its context, laxck of content or info,or inability to decifer what the thread starters question was ( language barrier maybe)

#2)Second reason people tend not to respond is that they simple do not have or know the right answer, and feel it better to be answered by someone who can offer a factual, correct answer not just a random guess.
